Wise Insight is hiring for an on-site customer support role in Porto, Portugal. You will assist clients with car rental inquiries, guide them through booking options, and resolve post-rental issues across multiple channels.

The position requires strong communication and sales skills, with relocation support available for non-Portuguese candidates. The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule, 08:00–17:00, with Saturdays and Sundays off, and a gross salary of 1,000 EUR gross per 14 months.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Minimum 1 year in customer support or contact center.

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

Key Information

• Work Model: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday & Sunday Off
• Gross Salary: 1,000 EUR gross per 14 months
• Relocation: Relocation support provided from outside Portugal
• Contract: 6 months (Renewable)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for a leading car-rental brand
• Assisting clients with inquiries, supporting with renting the cars - before, during and afterrental
• Attracting potential customers by answering questions about reservations and their different modalities, suggesting and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs
• Handling complaints as advisors after rental, dealing with invioices, damages, etc.
• Engage with clients through multiple channels including phone, email and messaging, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns and maintaining a high level of professionalism and support excellence

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in customer support or contact center
• Strong communication skills: approachable, patient and customer-oriented
• Strong sales skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
• Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers
• Good interpersonal skills and strong conflict resolution abilities
