Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an international car rental project in Porto, Portugal. You will assist customers with reservations and related services across phone, email and messaging channels, delivering timely, personalised support with professionalism and high service quality.

The role is on-site in Porto, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00. Salary is €1,000 gross per month, paid over 14 months, plus a food allowance and relocation support where

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level of French.
• Good command of English.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Comfortable assisting customers through phone, email and messaging.
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or car rental is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto.

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international car rental project in Porto.

You will assist customers with car rental reservations and related services through multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to provide timely, personalised support while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Please note that this position is within the BPO/customer service sector.

Working Schedule

• Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: €1,000 gross per month, paid over 14 months.
• Food allowance
• Shared accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Portugal may be available for up to 12 months.
• Flight reimbursement is not provided.
