Role Overview

As a Customer Support for the Car Rental Project, you will assist customers with rental bookings, vehicle-related inquiries, reservations, payments, and service requests. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide professional support across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, payments, and rental policies
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle options, rental requirements, insurance coverage, and additional services
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines to handle cases effectively and escalated complex issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within internal systems
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach
• Stay informed about company services, promotions, rental policies, and operational updates through continuous training
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth reservation management and issue resolution
