Qualificações

• Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or sales within B2B/B2C or digital ad sales.
• Comfortable on phone and navigating CRM systems.
• Strong customer support orientation and knowledge of social media.

Responsabilidades

• Become knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.
• Provide multichannel support (chat, email, messaging, phone).
• Gather advertiser requirements and advise on best practices to meet business needs.
• Serve as consultative contact for agencies and advertisers accounts.
• Drive advertiser communications and resolve technical issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Educate advertisers on product usage and troubleshoot complex cases.
• Complete tasks within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Comply with required training provided by the client.
