Cross Border Talents seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to support advertisers in Lisbon. This on-site role handles email and chat-based B2B support, troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries to ensure top-tier customer experience.

The ideal candidate has paid campaign management experience, a Marketing-related degree, and solid digital advertising knowledge.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Experience in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Technology company is preferred.
• Familiar with social media product usage and digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer service oriented mindset is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B support to the company’s advertisers via email and chat.
• Manage and resolve product troubleshooting issues for advertising products.
• Deliver high-quality customer support related to advertising products.
• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering for technical queries.
• Ensure service levels across channels and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types with specialists.

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this on-site role, you will provide B2B support to advertisers, handle product troubleshooting, and deliver high-quality customer support related to advertising products via email and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide B2B support to the company's advertisers.
• Manage and resolve product troubleshooting issues.
• Deliver customer support related to the company's advertising products.
• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat channels.
• Drive query resolution by collaborating with in-house Product Operations & Engineering groups for generic, technical, or product queries.
• Ensure service quality and drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics through case journey, providing regular updates.
• Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve high productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Technology company.
• Fluency with social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
