Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Support specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will handle Romanian and English inquiries, advise on policy terms, and assist with cancellations, while supporting brokers with timely information.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with Monday to Friday shifts, 07:30–20:00, offering stability and exposure to an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Romanian (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in insurance customer service desired.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00

Salary and Benefits

• €920 gross per month, paid in 14 installments per year (approximately €1,073 gross per month when averaged over 12 months).
