Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an insurance customer service specialist to support customers with insurance-related questions and policy inquiries.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, explain coverage, assist with policy cancellations, and support insurance brokers. The role requires Romanian and English at C1/C2, strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and on-site presence in Lisbon with rotating shifts from 7:30 AM to 8 PM.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–8 PM, including public holidays.
