Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers and brokers for a major insurer, handling inquiries by phone and email.

You will resolve questions in Polish and English, document interactions in the CRM, and help achieve quality and customer-satisfaction goals. The on-site, 6-month contract starts 8 Oct, with a monthly gross salary of €920 plus bonuses. Relocation support and private health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Polish (C2) and fluent English (B2+), spoken and written.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative. You will support customers and brokers of one of the world's largest insurance companies with questions about coverage, policies and cancellations. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone and email.

What you will do

• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Available for rotating shifts

What we offer

• Salary: €920 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus: up to €100 gross per month
• Complexity bonus: €70 per month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments over the first year
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution, free after 6 months on the contract

Relocation support

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

Location, hours & start

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal - on-site
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-20:00 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time, 6-month contract
