The role supports a well-known company in the insurance sector, handling orders, accounts and service questions; you will escalate complex cases and contribute to fixing recurring issues at the source.

Qualificações

• Polish fluency, written and spoken.
• Good working English.
• Customer service experience, ideally in insurance.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken.

An international employer in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Polish-speaking team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish, written and spoken
• Good working English
• Customer service experience, ideally in insurance
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends
• Start date: 8 October 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €920 gross per month (paid 14 times a year)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Performance bonus: up to €100
• Language bonus: €70
• Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year

Location:

Open to candidates already living in or near Lisbon.
