Job Title

Customer Representative (Polish-speaking) - Insurance Company (On-Site, Lisbon, Portugal)

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
• Process requests via transaction in the client policy administration system, and/or write and send replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
• Do indexation & electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Make claims and cancel requests.

Qualifications

• High level of Polish (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
