If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will support our client's different areas of social media and actively participate in service improvements, ensuring client guidelines are followed and contributions to overall service quality.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to the client in accordance with the MSA and SOW on knowledge base.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve best-in-class productivity and impact resolution times for end customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Flemish (C1) – verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written.
• Minimum college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience working in a call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
• Fluent with social media usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.
