About the Position

Join an international team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Agent supporting advertising products. In this B2B role, you will assist advertisers with product-related questions and troubleshooting, helping to resolve issues and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support and product troubleshooting via email and chat.
• Assist advertisers with issues related to advertising products.
• Investigate and resolve technical and product-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams when needed.
• Provide regular updates throughout the resolution process.
• Support customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service processes.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Previous experience managing paid advertising campaigns is required.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment, preferably within advertising technology.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and social media products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
