About the role
CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses by delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels. You’ll assist customers with product inquiries, account-related questions, and platform support, helping them get the most out of innovative digital solutions while ensuring a world-class
What you'll do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist business customers with product, account, and platform-related inquiries
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support while resolving customer issues efficiently
- Guide customers in using digital tools and self-service solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, empathetic communication
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction by delivering a consistent, high-quality support experience
What we're looking for
- Fluent
- English (C1 level or above)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Fast learner with good computer literacy
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Relocation support
