Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar duties.
• Experience with SAP and site planning is advantageous.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in spare parts sales and field service coordination.
• Manage invoicing, orders and service project administration.
• Coordinate with customers, field engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure accurate data and timely invoicing and deliveries.
• Support with quotations and payment follow-ups.
