Movu Robotics, part of the STOW Group, seeks a Customer Service Administrator in Ovar, Portugal, to support customers and internal teams with accurate processing of orders, deliveries, spare parts, and invoicing. The role requires SAP order handling and strong customer communication in English, with French as an added advantage.

Qualificações

• Experience in administrative supporting tasks in an industrial B2B environment.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge are advantageous.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English; French is a bonus.
• Experience with spare parts, service operations, installed-base management, or after-sales support is advantageous.
• Willing to travel occasionally to headquarters in Belgium.
• Be administrative, organized, and commercially skilled.
• Proactive and creative in problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: Entering and managing orders in SAP; coordinate with warehouse on deliveries and transport planning.
• Customer Communication: Create order quotations and confirmations; handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Spare Parts Management: Ensure safety stock levels align with demand; inform Supply Chain of deviations.
• Invoicing and Credit Management: Ensure timely invoicing; prepare credit notes; follow up on overdue invoices.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure QSHE standards and lean initiatives; compliance with policies and local legislation.
