Job summary

Sidel in Portugal seeks a SP Department coordinator to manage the quote-to-cash process for spare parts, from offers to order follow-up. You will coordinate with Finance on payment terms and ensure on-time delivery.

The role suits someone with an upper-secondary or college degree in trade, languages, logistics or IT, fluent English, and strong Excel/ERP skills; SAP knowledge and a logistics certificate are a plus, with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires upper-secondary skills or college degree in trade, languages, logistics or information technology.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are assets.
• Experience in trade, supply, logistics, order management or spare-parts is welcome.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and inquiries about spare-parts pricing, availability and order processing; prepare and follow up on offers in the ERP or through webservices.
• Process orders and confirmations, monitor backlogs, and follow delivery to support on-time, in-full fulfilment.
• Coordinate logistics around customer and country requirements, and work with Finance on payment terms.
• Handle returns, claims and non-conformity issues; collaborate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain customer data in the ERP, contribute to reporting and customer reviews, and promote and assist with SSO.
