Job summary

Tp Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver inbound support for bookings, services, or goods and to boost customer satisfaction.

You will handle requests, manage changes and complaints, and maintain a positive attitude towards the brand, working with a team in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2).
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Experience in customer service (preferred).
• Agile in computer skills from the user's perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
