Closerhire is hiring for a Customer Support / Software Advisor role with a confidential healthcare software provider in Braga, Portugal. You will support healthcare professionals by telephone and email, provide software training, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

Fluent English (minimum B2) is required. Candidates living within 50 km must collect equipment; relocation is not offered for this remote position.

What you need to bring

• Candidates who live within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.Equipment is only shipped to candidates who live more than 50 km away. Kindly ensure that candidates are informed of this requirement in advance, as it may be a deciding factor for them
