Concentrix in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service representative for on-site support. You will handle French-language inquiries in a dynamic service environment with rotating shifts including weekends.

Requirements: native-level French, currently living in Portugal and within 50 km of Braga. No relocation support. Salary is €930 gross/month × 14 months; contract duration is 6 months; benefits include a welcome bonus and performance bonus.

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: On-site

Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 months
Contract: 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotational shifts between 07:00–19:00, plus Saturday 08:00–15:00. Two days off: Sunday + one rotational day.

The role: On-site customer-service position with Concentrix in Braga, providing French-language customer support in a dynamic service environment.

• Must already reside in Portugal
• Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
• Candidates requiring relocation or living outside the radius will not be considered

Benefits:

• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid over 12 monthly instalments
• €155 performance bonus
• 6-month contract

Relocation: No relocation support.
