Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support / Software Advisor for a remote position in Braga, Portugal. You will assist healthcare professionals by telephone and email, provide software training, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements include native/fluent French (C2) and fluent English (B2), plus strong customer service and training capabilities. Equipment pickup may be required for those within 50 km of the office.

Salary

€930.00 + complexity bonus of €140 (paid in 11 month) (gross)

Benefits

Relocation support

• Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered for this remote position
