CB Talents is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a global beauty and cosmetics brand in Lisbon. You will be the brand ambassador, handling after-sales activities, orders, tracking, refunds, and inquiries in French and English.

The role is hybrid with an office in Lisbon, offering relocation support for suitable candidates. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and using after-sales software efficiently.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €930 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month
• Relocation Support: Comprehensive assistance provided for applicants moving to Lisbon!
• Work Model: Hybrid (Office located in Lisbon, Portugal)

Schedule & Working Hours

• Hours: Shifts scheduled between 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Portuguese Time)
• Days: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• Days Off: Every Sunday off + 1 rotational weekday off

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for a world-renowned beauty and cosmetics retailer.
• Support the full after-sales process, including managing online orders, tracking, and refunds.
• Professionally handle, resolve, and eliminate customer complaints when needed.
• Answer inquiries via French and English channels with top-tier communication skills.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through helpful cross-selling and suggestive selling when appropriate.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in French + professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with experience handling and resolving customer concerns.
• Ability to navigate after-sales software and processes efficiently.
• Location Requirement: Must reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office (or be ready to relocate with our relocation package).
