Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for beauty and cosmetics customers. This hybrid role blends remote support with on-site collaboration in Lisbon.

You will manage cases, escalate when needed, keep clear notes, stay calm with frustrated customers, and resolve issues on first contact wherever possible. The schedule runs Monday to Saturday 08:00-19:00 with Sundays off and one rotational day.

Qualificações

• Fluent French, written and spoken.

A French-speaking Customer Service Representative is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the beauty and cosmetics retail sector.

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Hybrid
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Portuguese time) Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
• Start date: 8 October 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €930 gross per month (paid 14 times a year)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Performance bonus: up to €100
