Customer Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site) will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients regarding their insurance policy information.
• Process cases via transactions in the client policy administration system or by preparing and sending replies (letters/emails, contract documents, etc.) to insured parties.
• Perform indexation and electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Handle claims and cancellations.

Qualifications

• High level of French (C2) and fluency in English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a formal and diplomatic stance.
