Concentrix in Portugal is seeking a Customer Representative and Sales professional (Flemish-speaking) for a remote position. You will support guests from booking to post-travel, answer inquiries, and promote cruise packages while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have Flemish (C1) and English, customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Flemish (C1) and good level of English.
• Experience in customer service or sales, hospitality, travel or tourism; cruise experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer support from booking to post-cruise follow-up.
• Assist customers and travel agents with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, and onboard services.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up
• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements
• Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business
• Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in Flemish (C1), both spoken and written and have a good level of English
• Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience is a plus)
• Are comfortable using multiple systems and have strong computer skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Show flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
