Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for assigned customers within a 90-day renewal window.
• Identify and pursue upsell and growth opportunities based on customer needs.
• Assist with license upgrades, migrations from legacy licenses, and license consolidation.
• Proactively identify churn risks and develop solutions to strengthen retention.
• Conduct product demos and advise on features that fit customer needs.
• Gather and document customer feedback to improve retention strategy.
