TeamViewer is seeking a renewal-focused sales professional in Porto, Portugal to retain and grow ARR across an international customer base. You will manage relationships by phone and email, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer loyalty.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or renewals, SaaS experience, and fluent German and English. Onsite onboarding, a hybrid work model, and strong compensation are available.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, especially renewals.
• Ideally experience in IT with SaaS knowledge.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the renewal process to retain or expand ARR.
• Identify risks at customer level and coordinate mitigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Establish business relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Discover cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and provide feedback.
