Tp Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound bookings and requests, delivering clear, helpful responses and a positive brand experience on every interaction.

You will use French (C2) and English (B2) to assist customers, manage changes and complaints, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal communication in French (C2).
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Experience in customer service (preferred).
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit.
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
