You will assist via phone, email, chat and other channels, recording interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and staying up-to-date with products and policies to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.

• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
