Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking Customer Care Advisors to support small and medium businesses advertising on social media. You will be the friendly expert who helps them succeed, handling inquiries via chat, email and phone.

The role offers fully paid training, a path to permanent employment, private health and dental insurance, a meal card, and a modern office in central Lisbon with an international team and real career growth. Start dates are in October/November.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Natural talent for helping people.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (40h/week).
• Resident in Lisbon or nearby with the right to work in Portugal.
