A leading digital advertising company in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses. You will be the primary advisor for clients, assisting them before and after their purchases through various channels. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and live in Lisbon, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Be the go‑to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions
• Support customers before and after their purchases through chat, email, and phone
• Help clients unlock the full potential of self‑service advertising tools
• Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
• Champion a customer‑first mindset in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written
• Already living in Lisbon – this is an on‑site role, no relocation support is available
• A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem‑solving skills
• Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player
• Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms
• Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card in a ready form

Work Location: On‑site in Lisbon (modern office near Entrecampos)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00 (weekends & holidays included)

Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays worked
