The role requires fluent English communication and the ability to support customers through chat, email, and phone in a vibrant Lisbon office. • Be the primary advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go‑to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions
• Support customers before and after their purchases through chat, email, and phone
• Help clients unlock the full potential of self‑service advertising tools
• Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
• Champion a customer‑first mindset in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written
• Already living in Lisbon – this is an on‑site role, no relocation support is available
• A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem‑solving skills
• Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player
• Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms
• Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card in a ready form

Work Location: On‑site in Lisbon (modern office near Entrecampos)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00 (weekends & holidays included)

Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays worked
