Speakit in Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Advisor to deliver top-level customer support and maintain performance quality. The role focuses on assisting viewers via phone or chat, handling account and application issues, and troubleshooting technical configurations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

As an French Speaking Advisor you will have the responsibilities below:

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
• Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries

Requirements

To be selected as an French Speaking Advisor, you need to have the requirements below:

• Have a native level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
• Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
• Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having EU passport or valid work permit to work legally in the country.

• Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months
• Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year
