Armatis-lc in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a French-speaking customer service professional to join its growing, multicultural team. You will engage with clients via calls, assist with inquiries, and support back-office tasks in a sales-oriented environment.

Role requires French fluency at C1/C2 and solid knowledge of computer systems; flexibility with rotating schedules is expected. On-site work, training, and a modern workspace are provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level is mandatory.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer systems is mandatory.
• Be proactive and take initiative.
• Experience in customer relations is a plus.
• Be available for flexible and rotating schedules (40 hours/week).

Responsabilidades

• Make and receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests.
• Handle client requests in the back office.
• Sales-oriented approach depending on the project.
• Address objections and complaints.
• Comfortable using various computer applications.
