Convatec is seeking a CRM & Reporting Analyst to own and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform across the Commercial teams. You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliant usage while collaborating with IT, Sales, and Global CoE to align CRM functionality with business processes.

Strong expertise in CRM administration, Excel, VBA, Power Automate, and Power BI will help you drive system improvements, user governance, and reliable reporting across markets.

Qualificações

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and configuration.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power Automate and Power BI are a plus.
• Understanding of commercial processes and CRM operating models.
• Experience with CRM data governance, security roles, and system integrations.
• Strong documentation, testing, and release-management discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Act as system owner and SME for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the Commercial organization.
• Manage CRM data structures, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Coordinate CRM releases, testing, and deployments with IT and global CRM teams.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliant usage across markets.
• Support user lifecycle management, training, and governance.
