Convatec is seeking a CRM & Reporting Analyst to own and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for Commercial teams. You will ensure data quality, governance, and alignment with operating models while supporting IT and Global CoE teams to ensure compliant CRM usage across markets.

The role requires strong Dynamics CRM expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to train users and manage data governance. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with one in-office day per week.

Qualificações

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and configuration.
• Advanced Excel is a must; VBA, Power Automate and Power BI are a plus.
• Experience with CRM data governance, security roles, and system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as system owner and SME for Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the Commercial organization.
• Ensure CRM configuration supports commercial processes, user journeys, and operating models.
• Manage CRM data structures, business rules, workflows, and security roles in line with compliance requirements.
• Coordinate CRM releases, enhancements, testing, and deployments with IT and Global CRM teams.
• Ensure CRM system reliability, performance, and fit-for-purpose functionality across markets.
