ConvaTec is seeking a Team Leader for CRM Operations & Reporting to lead a Europe-wide team delivering CRM services, reporting, and data governance. You will optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensure data integrity, and provide analytics-driven insights to support commercial decisions and sales effectiveness.

The role partners with IT, CoE, and Sales leadership to standardize reporting and drive continuous improvement through BI dashboards, Power Automate, and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Significant experience supporting CRM operations, reporting, or sales effectiveness.
• Experience leading teams within shared services, GBS, or commercial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of CRM Analysts delivering CRM operations, reporting, and data governance.
• Own CRM operations delivery across Europe, including configuration, access, and security.
• Drive standardized commercial reporting and BI dashboard development with KPI governance.
• Ensure data quality, governance, controls, and compliance for CRM data across markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Sales Leadership, Marketing, IT, and CoE teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes with Analytics & BI.
