Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Junior International Recruiter to join the International Recruitment team in Lisbon. You will help identify and attract talent for international projects and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive candidate experience while maintaining the applicant-tracking system and supporting employer branding efforts.
