Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Junior International Recruiter to join the International Recruitment team and help identify and attract talent for international projects. You will collaborate with markets and teams across geographies and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive candidate experience while maintaining the applicant-tracking system and supporting employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Additional language skills are highly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Interest in international environments.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across different geographies.
• Conduct active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other platforms).
• Perform CV screening and conduct screening interviews.
• Coordinate processes with hiring managers.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Keep the ATS up to date.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis through interviews and talent benchmarking.
