WPP Enterprise Solutions Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst with CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) experience to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document client needs, produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure the proposed solution aligns with business goals.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners /Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Strong communication, proactive, team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and assess options for potential solutions and evaluate technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through go live.
• Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and adapt to deadlines and changing priorities.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
