Qualificações

• Experience as a BA on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience documenting business requirements and user stories.
• Experience with CMS or DXP platforms (Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Identify options and assess for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
• Analyze business systems to improve efficiencies.
• Plan and provide estimates with project managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers, and end users for quality.
