VML, a WPP creative agency in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join the Delivery team on a contract basis. You will gather requirements, document user stories, facilitate workshops, and work with a delivery team to bring solutions to go-live across client engagements.

You will liaise with stakeholders, map business processes, and propose efficient system designs while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Enjoys fast-paced environments and delivering online experiences for brands.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to work at client locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
• Business Process mapping and engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate solution options for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems and present to clients.
• Work with a Scrum/delivery team through to go-live.
• Analyze business systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with Project/Programme Managers.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide user training for new systems as required.
• Plan flexibly to meet deadlines and stay updated with industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues when needed.
