VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Business Analyst with CMS/DXP experience to join our Portugal delivery team on a contract basis. You will document business needs, write clear user stories, and work closely with clients and a scrum team to ensure successful delivery of ecommerce/content projects.

The role requires experience in content architecture, workshops, and agile delivery, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on CMS/DXP projects (e.g. Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, workflows, or migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and evaluate solution options for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with a delivery team through go-live.
• Analyse business systems to identify efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with project managers.
• Communicate with developers and testers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
