Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join the Advertisers Support team in Lisbon. You will monitor and moderate content, assist advertisers, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

The role requires Polish fluency, English at least B2, and the ability to work in rotating shifts. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and housing support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish-speaking Advertisers Support for their Lisbon office.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to small and medium sized businesses using various channels (chat, email and telephone)
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform, and helping them to use its tools and features
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
• Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
• Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Polish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Knowledge of advertisement industry will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  
• Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
• Able to work rotating shifts
