Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join the Advertisers Support team in Lisbon. You will monitor and moderate content, assist advertisers, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

The role requires Polish fluency, English at least B2, and the ability to work in rotating shifts. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and housing support.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Polish (oral and written).
• English at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of advertising industry is a plus.
• Computer literate with MS Office package.
• Resourceful and able to stay calm in all situations.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to advertisers via chat, email and phone.
• Offer pre and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Resolve technical issues, report bugs and guide users on the platform.
• Identify trends and solve problems for multiple SMB clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the brand.
• Keep all job-related administrative forms updated.
