Overview

Polish-Speaking Content Moderator Lisbon (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines
• Identify and escalate violations, sensitive content, or potential threats
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working within set targets
• Ensure user safety and contribute to a respectful online space

Work Schedule

• Full-time role, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Location

On-site role in Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal

Requirements

• Native-level Polish and good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
• Resilience and emotional maturity to handle sensitive content
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary paid over 14 months
