Cbt is hiring a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal to join an International Team. You will review and moderate content to uphold product standards and maintain a safe user experience for global audiences.

Ideal candidates are analytical, resilient, with strong communication and time-management skills, and a solid understanding of local culture. The role runs on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with two days off.

What you will be doing:

• Content Review: Analyze and moderate content in line with strict policy guidelines and Service Levels (SLAs).
• Quality Control: Guarantee high product and service standards while maintaining consistent, objective, and accurate decision-making.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure safety and legal compliance for all user-generated content.
• Operational Excellence: Escalate complex issues according to protocols and adapt quickly to policy shifts and peak seasonal volumes.
