About the Role

We are hiring Romanian-speaking Content Moderators to review and evaluate user-generated content and ensure it meets community standards and safety guidelines. This role plays a key part in creating a safe and positive online environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review and moderate content (text, images, video, audio) in Romanian
• Apply content policies accurately and consistently
• Identify and elevate sensitive or harmful content when required
• Meet quality and productivity targets
• Stay up to date with guidelines and moderation procedures

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
• Standard shift: 09:00–18:00
• 2 rotating days off per week
• Planned evening shift: 13:00–22:00
• Potential future extension to a 24/7 operation

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent Romanian
• Good level of English (for training and internal communication)
• Strong attention to detail and good decision‑making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
