We are hiring Content Moderators to join a global social media project in Porto. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a stable role in a structured, high-performance environment – no previous experience required.

You will help maintain a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring platform standards are respected.

Responsibilities

• Review online videos, posts, complaints, and legal notices
• Moderate and update content on a popular social media platform
• Audit uploaded content and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Follow strict accuracy and quality standards (KPIs)
• Protect customer data and ensure compliance processes are followed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and procedures

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00 (2 rotating days off)
• Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00
• Future possibility of extension to 24/7 schedule

Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours.

Candidate Profile
