Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-quality technical and operational support to individual consumers and business users across multiple channels. You will help with billing inquiries, account access issues, and guide customers on using products and platform services.

The role requires excellent English, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work 40-hour rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to provide multi-channel customer support across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with billing, subscriptions, and invoicing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot account access and authentication issues.
