TransPerfect is seeking an experienced Commercial Process Consultant to support a pharmaceutical transformation from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. The consultant will translate commercial and field-user needs into global processes and business-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes.
• Experience in Vault CRM discovery, transition, or testing projects.
• Experience working across markets with field users and process owners.
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements management, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, call planning, consent, and access dependencies.
• Experience with BPMN, Agile, Jira/Confluence; Veeva certs a plus.
• German or French is a plus.

The consultant will translate commercial and field-user needs into consistent global processes, requirements, and business-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial process analysis and engage with global and local market stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, challenge local variations, and document agreed exceptions.

• Develop process maps, process narratives, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Support the transition from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM by reviewing capabilities, identifying gaps, and assessing business impacts.

• Review solution demonstrations and clarify requirements with project and platform teams.

• Maintain decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and requirements traceability.

• Support business testing and prepare relevant handover documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process consulting.

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes.

• Experience participating in at least one Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review, or business-testing project.

• Experience working across multiple markets and directly with field users and global process owners.

• Strong experience in process mapping, requirements management, and acceptance-criteria development.

• Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, call planning/reporting, customer follow-up, consent, and access dependencies.

• Experience with BPMN, Agile, Jira/Confluence, or Veeva certifications is a plus.

• German or French is a plus.
